We carefully check every gift set before it is shipped.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

If your gift set arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the item and packaging.

If the issue is confirmed to be on our side, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Personalised or customised gift sets are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrectly made by giftoo/courier.
